Reflecting on my leadership

School life can be busy, and many school leaders find it hard to create the time and space to reflect on their own leadership practice. You may have attended a leadership program or had a great mentor in the past. But the challenges in your school are continually changing and it may help to pause and consider how you could further build your leadership skillset so you can do your best work.

We know the typical challenges that school leaders face. Over 100,000 coaching conversations enabled us to uncover the range of issues that leaders find most difficult… this research formed the basis of our leadership mindset curriculum.

Which of these 33 leadership mindsets are most relevant for you right now?

(Hover over the curriculum below to unpack each mindset.)

Leadership Booster

Take a step back and reflect on your leadership by enrolling in a Leadership Booster. Your Leadership Booster starts with a 30 minute online leadership self-assessment. This helps you to consider your natural strengths and development areas across the 33 mindsets and identify priorities for you right now given your school context.

You will then discuss your reflections with a personal leadership coach through an hourlong debrief coaching session. Your coach will help you get clear on how you want to develop your leadership so you can do your best work.
